Operating Procedure
When a vehicle arrives, the driver parks it on an empty pallet at the ground level. The engine is switched off, and the driver exits the parking area. Using a control panel, access card, keypad, or touchscreen interface, the user selects the desired parking command. The system then automatically calculates the optimal movement sequence to place the vehicle in an available slot.
To create space for movement, one empty slot is always maintained within the system. Based on this empty slot, pallets on the same level slide horizontally, while lifts move vertically to align the target pallet with the empty space. The vehicle pallet is then raised or lowered to the required level and slid into its designated position. Throughout this process, safety sensors monitor pallet position, vehicle height, overload conditions, and obstruction detection.
Once the vehicle reaches its assigned slot, it is securely locked in place. Anti-fall locks, mechanical stoppers, and guide rails ensure stability and prevent accidental movement. The system continuously monitors load distribution and alignment to maintain structural integrity. The vehicle remains safely parked until retrieval is requested, protected from unauthorized access and environmental exposure.
To retrieve a vehicle, the user enters the assigned parking number or uses an access card at the control panel. The system again identifies the shortest and safest movement path. Pallets shift horizontally and vertically to bring the requested vehicle down to the ground level. The empty slot is repositioned automatically to facilitate smooth movement without disturbing other parked vehicles.
Once the vehicle pallet reaches the exit position, the system stops, and visual or audio indicators notify the user. The driver can then enter the vehicle and exit the parking area safely.
The three-level puzzle car parking system offers an efficient, space-saving, and cost-effective parking solution for modern infrastructure. Its intelligent working procedure, combining vertical and horizontal movement, allows maximum vehicle accommodation with minimal land usage. With reliable safety mechanisms and user-friendly operation, this system significantly improves parking efficiency while reducing congestion and manual effort.
Safety and Control Features
A three-level puzzle parking system is equipped with multiple safety features, including limit switches, photoelectric sensors, emergency stop buttons, overload protection, and interlock mechanisms. These features prevent operation errors, ensure user safety, and protect vehicles from damage. The control system ensures that only authorized operations are allowed and that movements occur in a controlled sequence.
